A fire early on Thursday morning damaged a commercial building on Pacific Street in the BCR Industrial Site, according to infomation released by the City of Prince George on Friday.
At roughly 4 a.m., fire fighters were called to a commercial structure fire in the 1100-block of Pacific Street. When fire fighters arrived, they found one section of the building on fire and the building’s sprinkler fire suppression system activated.
Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the blaze. Damage was estimated at $60,000, and no one was injured in the fire.
