A house fire in the 2100 block of Redwood Street in the early hours Tuesday was quickly extinguished by the response of 18 fire fighters from three halls.
The single family dwelling had no occupants at the time of the fire which is estimated to have caused $80,000 in damages. At this point the fire is not considered to be of a suspicious nature. An investigation to determine the cause is underway.
