The book is about to close on the Final Chapter.
The remaining holdout in a quest by Commonweath Properties Ltd. to purchase all the property along the west side of the 400 block of George Street downtown, a deal has been reached to sell the home of the used book store for $350,000, Final Chapter co-owner Darrell Carmichael confirmed Friday.
