A man and woman are facing drug charges after police found cash, cocaine, methamphetamine and high end bikes at a Tamarack Street home.

At first police were called to the spot Sunday morning with word someone had been stabbed. That proved false, but they learned a 30-year-old man had been bear-sprayed after he threw a rock though the window and kicked at the door.

When Prince George RCMP arrived, just after 11:30 a.m., they found three people trying to flee the 2000 block residence in a vehicle.

A 40-year-old was arrested after police found him with "a significant amount of cash" as well as cocaine and methamphetamine.

He remains in custody waiting his first appearance in court Tuesday.

Police then used a search warrant to investigate the Tamarack Street home and arrested three more after they found more cocaine, methamphetamine as well as drug trafficking paraphernalia and several high end mountain bikes.

Two were released, but a 32-year-old woman was charged and released with a promise to appear in court Jan. 18.
