A production team from CBC's Dragon's Den will be in town March 11 looking for the next big thing.
This is an opportunity for entrepreneurs and small business owners to pitch their business concepts for the chance to appear on national television when the show starts its sixth season this fall.
The show gives aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to pitch their ideas to a panel of wealthy Canadian moguls who are entrepreneurs themselves. The prize is cash and investment from the Dragons' own pockets.
Anyone interested in auditioning for the show can go to the Civic Centre, Room 207 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. March 11.
As extra incentive this year -- entrepreneurs with an eco-friendly business, invention or idea could qualify for a $100,000 Greenvention prize from Sun Chips.
