A Prince George resident has been located safely following a brief disappearance Thursday night.
Following a confrontation between roommates Feb. 2, the Prince George RCMP were called to a Millburn Street home to find one of the participants gone from the scene.
While the remaining roommate was not injured, attending officers were told the other man "made some comments prior to his leaving suggesting he was going to cause harm to himself."
A call went out to the public and a search was underway for the male who was possibly carrying two collapsible defensive batons.
Around 12:50 p.m., police advised that the man was successfully located without incident. The RCMP want to thank the members of the public for providing information that greatly assisted in locating the male.
