Emergency personnel lined the runway Monday morning at Prince George Airport in response to a call of a plane in distress.
They were called to the scene shortly before 9:30 a.m. after the pilot of a Beechcraft 1900 radioed in to say he was having possible complications with the plane's brakes, airport spokeswoman Lindsay Cotter said.
The airport's emergency services staff, firefighters from Prince George and Pineview, ambulance and RCMP were all put on standby at the scene.
"It landed without incident just before 10 o'clock and there was no impact to operations," Cotter said. "And it was great to see that the response was well coordinated within all these agencies."
