A convicted drug dealer was sentenced to 442 days in jail Wednesday, after he was arrested twice in a span of three weeks.

Cody Michael Isaacson, 24, was arrested Oct. 31, 2013 and again on Nov. 21, 2013 at the same 2400 block Jasper St. home. On both occasions, police found enough crack cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine to suggest it was used to supply drugs to lower-level drug houses around the city.

A sawed-off .22 calibre rifle was also found in the home during the first raid on the home by the Prince George RCMP's crime reduction team.

Isaacson had been released from custody two days after the first arrest, but has remained in custody ever since he was apprehended on the second incident.

Another person, Erin Kathleen Cogswell, 29, was also arrested on both occasions. Like Isaacson, she was released two days after the first incident. After the second arrest, she was subsequently released on $5,000 bail about three weeks later.

An arraignment hearing for her cases will be held March 19.

A third person, Matthew Deric Nelson, 32, was also arrested on Oct. 31, 2013. On Thursday, he was fined $100 plus a $30 victim surcharge for possession of a controlled substance.

In all, Isaacson pleaded guilty to four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, one count of possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose and two counts of breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

He was sentenced in Prince George provincial court to 289 days in jail for offences related to the first arrest and to a concurrent term of 442 days for offences related to the second.
