Prince George RCMP have revised the date on which they believe a sexual assault near the University Hospital of Northern B.C. occurred.
Police now believe it happened on the afternoon of Thurs. Nov. 5, not Tues. Nov. 3, as originally believed, RCMP said Thursday.
The incident was reported several days later, police have said.
The suspect in the alleged attack on an adult woman is described as Caucasian man, 30 to 35 years old, with a muscular build, short dark hair and dressed in a dark hoody, blue jeans and dark shoes at the time.
