From Prince George provincial court:

- Dylan Alexander Austin (born 1996) was sentenced to a 90-day conditional sentence order and issued a two-year firearms prohibition for uttering threats, to a 30-day conditional sentence order for theft $5,000 or under and breaching probation and to time served for a separate count of breaching probation. Austin was also sentenced to 18 months probation and assessed $500 in victim surcharges. Austin was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.

- William Edward Bennett (born 1975) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Adrian Leonard Carlson (born 1986) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Robert Gordon Michael Elliott (born 1978) was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to provide a DNA sample for break and enter.

- Daniel James Massettoe (born 1983) was sentenced to 18 months probation for assault with a weapon, committed in Fort Ware and for assault, possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose and breaching a release order. Massettoe spent a total of 49 days in custody prior to sentencing.

- Sylvia Rose Michell (born 1977) was sentenced to 18 months probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault with a weapon.

- Christopher Eugene McBride (born 1987) was sentenced to time served for possessing a break-in instrument and two counts of resisting arrest, committed in Prince George, - Todd Earl Kyle was fined $100 plus a $30 victim surcharge for breaching a release order.

- John Grondine (born 1963) was sentenced to one year probation and fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Christopher Eugene McBride (born 1987) was sentenced to time served and one year probation for possessing a break-in instrument and two counts of resisting arrest, committed in Prince George, fraud $5,000 or under, resisting arrest and two counts of breaching probation, committed in Victoria, possessing a stolen credit card, committed in Maple Ridge and possessing a stolen credit card, committed in Pitt Meadows. McBride spent a total of 34 days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.

- James Gerald Anthony Roderick (born 1981) was sentenced to an eight-month conditional sentence order for assault by choking, prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,000 plus a $600 victim surcharge for refusing to provide a breath sample, fined $500 for two counts of breaching an undertaking, and sentenced to one day in jail for uttering threats. Roderick was also sentenced to 18 months on the counts of assault by choking, uttering threats as well as for assaulting a peace officer. Roderick was in custody for 15 days prior to sentencing.

- Jennifer Lyn Cole (born 1971) was sentenced to two year probation and ordered to pay $18,087.57 for theft over $5,000.

- William Malcolm McKay (born 1973) was sentenced to 302 days in jail and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition possessing a firearm contrary to an order and to time served for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possessing a firearm without a licence and two counts of possessing a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. McKay spent a total of 514 days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.
