Sentences for offences committed in Prince George and area

- Ian Benjamin Clark (born 1985) was sentenced to 45 days in jail for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Mackenzie, breaching probation, committed in Prince George, theft, committed in Quesnel and breaching a recognizance, committed in Vernon and to 36 days in jail for fleeing police, committed in Mackenzie. Clark was also prohibited from driving for two years on the driving while prohibited count, sentenced to one year probation on the counts and assessed $500 in victim surcharges. Clark was in custody for 57 days prior to sentencing.

- Ivan Walter Rupert Gonu (born 1988) was sentenced to 30 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and resisting arrest, to 15 days in jail for breaching an undertaking and to seven days in jail for a separate count of theft $5,000 or under. Gonu was also sentenced to one year probation and was in custody for 21 days prior to sentencing.

- Joshua Chesley Critch (born 1990) was sentenced to 664 days in jail and three years probation, issued a 10-year sexual offender prohibition order and a 10-year firearms prohibition, ordered to provide a DNA sample and assessed a $200 victim surcharge for sexually interfering with a person under 16 years old. Critch spent a total of 44 days in custody prior to sentencing.

- Samantha Petersen (born 1990) was sentenced to nine days in jail for assaulting a peace officer, to one day in jail for breaching a release order and to time served for mischief $5,000 or under. Prior to sentencing, Petersen was in custody for 12 days on the assault charge and was in custody for 55 days on the breach.

- Jessica Mae Antoine (born 1978) was sentenced to time served for willfuly resisting a peace officer and two counts of breaching a probation order. Antoine spent a total of 32 days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.

- Jade Ashley Quock (born 1991) was sentenced to time served and 18 months probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition, ordered to provide a DNA sample and assessed a $100 victim surcharge assault with a weapon. Quock spent a total of 200 days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.

- Kelly Bryce Leonard Stewart (born 1986) was sentenced to time served and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault and breaching a release order. Stewart was in custody for 35 days prior to sentencing.

- Trina Marie Alexis (born 1978) was sentenced to time served for breaching probation. Alexis was in custody for 28 days prior to sentencing.

- Joshua Darrick Suvee-Forsythe (born 1996) was sentenced to 76 days in jail and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for possessing a firearm contrary to an order and to time served for breaching probation and wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer. Suvee-Forsythe was in custody for 67 days prior to sentencing.

- Lionel William Maurice Tanguay (born 1979) was sentenced to 15 1/2 months in jail, issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for trafficking in a controlled substance and to three months in jail and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaking and entering with intent to commit an offence. Tanguay was also sentenced to two years probation and spent a total of 269 days in custody on the counts.

- Quentin Tyler John (born 1986) was sentenced to time served and 18 months probation for two counts of theft $5,000 or under and one count each of assaulting a peace officer, assault, possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose. John spent a total of 19 days in custody prior to sentencing.
