From Prince George provincial court:

- Jeremy William Milton (born 1977) was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver's licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Justin Dereck Murphy (born 1989) was sentenced to 24 days in jail for breaching probation, committed in Prince George, and willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, committed in Terrace, and to one day in jail for possessing a controlled substance, committed in Prince George. Murphy was in custody for three days before sentencing.

- James Edward Wight (born 1975) was sentenced to no further days in jail for breaching probation. Wight was in custody for 264 days prior to sentencing.

- Carol Joan Chingee (born 1965) was prohibited from driving for 18 months and fined $600 plus a $90 victim surcharge for driving while driver's licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Melissa Kendra Christensen (born 1992) was sentenced sentenced to one year probation for breaching an undertaking or recognizance and fined $300 plus a $45 victim surcharge for driving an uninsured vehicle or trailer under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Ivan George Lowley (born 1964) was sentenced to one year probation for assault with a weapon.

- Patrick Chad Buttenar (born 1993) was sentenced to one year probation and issued a $100 victim surcharge for possessing a controlled substance.

- Kalan John Keller (born 1987) was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver's licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Fort St. James.

- Rayola Dawn McKinney (born 1968) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- George Leslie Russ Simpkins (born 1988) was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver's licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Jayden Rapheal Robert John (born 2001) was sentenced to three years probation for two counts of committing an indecent act in a public place and breaching an undertaking or recognizance and to no further days for breaching an undertaking or recognizance. John was in custody for 212 days in total before sentencing.

- Tristan Lloyd William Duncalf (born 1995) was sentenced to one year probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for assault with a weapon.

- Jaron Mathias Wagner (born 1998) was sentenced to one year probation for assault.

- Carl Frederick Jays (born 1980) was sentenced to 52 days in jail and ordered to pay $500 restitution for break and enter and committing an indictable offence in relation to a Nov. 11, 2019 theft from a local electronics store. Jays was also sentenced to 18 months probation on the count as well as for possessing a break-in instrument and possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose as well as for breaking and entering and breaching an undertaking or recognizance from a separate incident. Jays was in custody for 116 days prior to sentencing.

- Keith Christopher Lundy (born 1978) was prohibited from driving for three years and fined $2,000 plus $300 in victim surcharges for four counts of driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act and to no further days in jail for breaching an undertaking or recognizance. Lundy was in custody for 43 days prior to sentencing.

- James William Miller (born 1951) was fined $1,640 plus a $240 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.
