From Prince George provincial court:

- Troy Mitchell Felix (born 1996) was sentenced to 27 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under, to one day for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and to time served breaching probation, breaching a release order and a separate count of theft $5,000 or under. Felix was in custody for 14 days prior to sentencing.

- Joanne Monique Rochan (born 1971) was fined $1,000 plus a $100 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Stephen Werner Yungen (born 1991) was issued a one-year $1,000 recognizance after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage.

- Monique Lee Willey (born 1988) was sentenced to 18 months probation and assessed $300 in victim surcharges for breaching a release order, breaching probation and breaching an undertaking. Willey spent a total of eight days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.

- Stanley Arnold Derrick (born 2000) was sentenced to 548 and 146 days respectively for two counts of sexual assault and to 30 and 14 days respectively for two counts of breaching a release order. Derrick was also sentenced to three years probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the sexual assault counts. Arnold was in custody for 54 days prior to sentencing.

- Robert Gordon Michael Elliott (born 1978) was sentenced to 18 days in jail and one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for assault.

- John Paul Janas (born 1979) was sentenced to one year probation for three counts of theft $5,000 or under. Janas was in custody for six days prior to sentencing.

- Leonard John Joseph Jr. (born 1981) was sentenced to time served for breaching probation. Joseph Jr. was in custody for five days prior to sentencing.

- Virgil Hummingbird Thomas (born 1983) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $100 victim surcharge for driving while impaired, committed in Fort St. James.

- Eric James Reid (born 1972) was sentenced to 171 days in jail and two years probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault causing bodily harm and to two years probation for mischief under $5,000. Reid was in custody for 265 days prior to sentencing.

- Jeffrey Austin Theriault (born 1992) was sentenced to two years less a day in jail for possession for the purpose of trafficking, to 18 months in jail for two separate counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, to six months for unlawful confinement or imprisonment and to two months for assault. Theriault was also sentenced to three years probation, issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the counts. The sentence is from a Feb. 1, 2017 arrest and comes as Theriault continues to serve a two-year sentence, issued on Feb. 13, 2019, for trafficking-related counts from a separate incident.
