From Prince George provincial court:
- Jacob Johan Vanderminne (born 1992) was sentenced to one year probation for assault with a weapon. Vanderminne was in custody for 89 days prior to sentencing.
- James Edward Wight (born 1975) was sentenced to 42 days in jail and one year probation and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault causing bodily harm and to time served for breaching probation. Wight was in custody for 90 days prior to sentencing.
- Gurkirat Singh Dhaliwal (born 1996) was sentenced to 18 months probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for trafficking in a controlled substance.
- Darwin Dale Eugene Knott (born 1964) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,100 plus a $330 victim surcharge for driving with a blood alcohol level over .08.
- Bradley Andre Ouelette (born 1989) was sentenced to 69 days in jail for dangerous driving and break and enter. Ouelette was also prohibited from driving for two years on the dangerous driving count and sentenced to 18 months probation on the counts as well as on counts of resisting arrest, maiming a law enforcement animal and breaching a release order.
- James Liam George Parent (born 1995) was sentenced to one year probation for being in a dwelling house without lawful excuse and breaching an undertaking. Parent spent a total of 19 days in custody prior to sentencing.
- April Leanna Jackson (born 1991) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentenced for mischief.
- Jacquiline Lynn Charlie (born 1967) was sentenced to one year probation for assault, committed in Fort Ware. Charlie was in custody for 29 days prior to sentencing.
- Derek Glenn Domeij (born 1977) was sentenced to 90 days in jail for uttering threats, to 60 days for resisting arrest, to 30 days for breaching a release order, to 18 days for uttering threats and to time served for assault, all committed in Houston. Domeij was also sentenced to two years probation, assessed $500 in victim surcharges and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the counts. Domeij was in custody for 106 days prior to sentencing.
- Kenneth James Moore (born 1965) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault and to time served for breaching a release order. Moore spent a total of 28 days in custody prior to sentencing.
From B.C. Supreme Court in Prince George:
- Calvin Lorne Denet (born 1960) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of fear of injury or damage.
- Eric Lloyd Anthony Emms (born 1995) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for mischief $5,000 or under, committed in Prince George, and for mischief, committed in Penticton.
- Mark Jesse Luzny (born 1981) was ordered returned to jail for the remainder of his six-month conditional sentence order, issued April 30 for two counts of possessing a controlled substance.
- Melvin Joseph Andrews (born 1960) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of fear of injury or damage.
- Lorianna Mae Cahoose (born 1991) was sentenced to six months probation with a suspended sentence for mischief $5,000 or under.
- Jonah Savard (born 1996) was sentenced sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for theft $5,000 or under and to no time for possessing a controlled substance.
- Kristina Marie Anderton (born 1993) was sentenced to 18 months probation with a suspended sentence and ordered to pay $1,260 restitution plus $200 in victim surcharges for breaking and entering, resisting arrest and breach recognizance.
- Tre Robert Alexander Rhiness (born 1996) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
- Cameron Allan Deehan (born 1993) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of fear of publication of an intimate image.
- Jeffrey Scott Little (born 1982) was sentenced to time served and fined $200 plus a $60 victim surcharge for breaching a release order. Little was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.
- Damiond Rain Craig Sutherland (born 1998) was sentenced to two years probation and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for possessing a firearm without a licence or registration.
