ALLAN Douglas NIGH was sentenced to one day in jail for theft $5,000 or under. Nigh had credit for 118 days time served prior to sentencing.
MURPHY John GEORGE was sentenced to 10 months in jail, one year probation and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for assault causing bodily harm, and to 30 days in jail for failing to appear pursuant to a court order, committed in Vanderhoof, and two counts of breach of an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Prince George.

CHRISTOPHER Lee Harry BROWN was sentenced to 18 months probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for secretly observing-recording nudity or sexual activity.

GERALD Charles HEALY was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code.
CHI Hsiung KUAN was issued a one-year, $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.
STACY Margaret NADEAU was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $575 for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.
VERNON Ray PRINCE was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for breach of an undertaking.
KONRAD Heinrich RADEMACHER was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for assault.
JAMES William ZURCH was prohibited from driving for 18 months and fined $1,500 plus a $225 victim surcharge for driving while impaired.

BRENT Darrel Albert INGRAM was sentenced to 364 days in jail and two years probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to pay $18,0000 restitution for two counts of arson damaging property.

GREGORY Howard BOBB was sentenced to 25 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation.
MANDY Joan ISAAC was sentenced to 22 days in jail for possession of firearm contrary to an order and breach of recognizance, committed in Mackenzie.
FRANKLIN Gabriel ISADORE was prohibited from driving for one year for two counts driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Prince George and Fort Fraser. Isadore was also fined $750 and assessed a $112.50 victim surcharge on each count.
EARL James POOLE was sentenced to 55 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation.
WAYNE Mark PRINCE was sentenced to 84 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation.
WESLEY Thomas SMITH was fined $2,000 for personation with intent to gain advantage.
