A Prince Rupert couple were killed on Sunday in a car crash on Highway 16 near Houston.
The B.C. Coroners Service identified driver Barry Gerald Lecuyer, 49, and his wife, passanger Terri Janna Lecuyer, 55, as the two people killed when their westbound SUV collided with an eastbound pickup truck about 18 kilometres west of Houston.
Road conditions were icy at the time of the incident and the circumstances of the crash remain under investigation by both the RCMP and the coroner.
