BC Transit and the City of Prince George are advising customers of some temporary changes coming to the transit system, starting August 22.
From August 22 until September 15, a portion of University Way will be closed to traffic as the Shane Creek Bridge is replaced. This road closure requires a detour for Route 15 UNBC/Downtown.
In total, six bus stops along 15th Avenue between Foothills Boulevard and Ospika Boulevard will be temporarily closed.
A part of this detour the schedule of the following routes will be affected:
- 15 UNBC/Downtown
- 16 UNBC/College Heights
- 19 UNBC/Westgate
