For the third year in a row the CN Centre has been nominated for the Major Facility of the Year in the Canadian Music and Broadcast Industry Award for facilities under 8,000 seats.
"We are privileged to again be recognized," said Glen Mikkelsen, entertainment and marketing supervisor. "2009 was an exciting year of entertainment. We hosted entertainers from around the world, including Brooks & Dunn, Alan Jackson, ZZ Top, Blue Man Group, Loverboy, and even Video Games Live. It is very gratifying to have the music industry again respect and acknowledge our staff's customer service commitment."

The CN Centre is one of the few buildings that have been nominated every year the award has been presented.
The winner of The Air Canada Centre, Major Facility of the Year, will be announced at the sold out Canadian Music and Broadcast Industry's gala banquet in Toronto on March 11th.
