The Certified Management Accountants Society of British Columbia has presented long-service awards to three Prince George holders of the designation.
Marie Sinnott and Karen Whyte were acknowledged for 25 years of service and John Beverley for 30 years during a member recognition event in Prince George on June 27.
"These CMAs are among the pioneers of the establishment of the strategic financial management profession in British Columbia," CMA B.C. president Vinetta Peek said.
CMA Canada grants a professional designation in strategic management accounting and is responsible for standards-setting, accreditation and the continuing professional development of CMAs.
