City trails reopened

The Cottonwood Island Park and the Heritage River Trails are now back open for public use. The trails had been closed for several weeks due to flooding brought on by the high spring melt.

The trails had been closed for several weeks due to flooding brought on by the high spring melt.

City officials are advising the public to be cautious when walking in these areas as there are parts of the trail that may have standing water.
