Enough homeless and anti-poverty activists to add up to about 100 people converged on Wilson Square Saturday for the eighth annual Chili Blanket rally.
Chili and buns were served and donated jackets, gloves, hats and blankets were spread out for pick up by the less fortunate at the noon-time event - and plenty of outrage was expressed over both provincial and federal government social policy.
