One of three Albertans arrested last month when RCMP uncovered a trove of guns and other weapons has been sentenced.
Originally charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000, Charles Dalton Darling, 48, was assessed a $200 victim surcharge for possession of stolen property under $5,000 during a hearing in Prince George provincial court on Friday.
Prior to the outcome, Darling had spent 38 days.
Dana Louise Funk, 24, and Jason Paul Mathany, 31, remain in custody on a range of weapons and property-related charges from the June 6 incident that began when RCMP were called to a report of an assault and a South Fort George home.
All three are from Calgary. Mathany and Funk recently moved to Prince George.
