Iconic Canadian fitness duo Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod of BodyBreak are returning to Prince George.

Johnson and McLeod will be guest speakers at the 11th annual Healthier You Expo, which is Northern BC's annual health which features the latest information and products for health and wellness and takes place next month at the College of New Caledonia (CNC).

Johnson and McLeod are the stars of BodyBreak, a series of 90-second television segments dedicated to informing the public of ways they can “Keep fit and have fun.”

BodyBreak started in 1988 with a series of 90-second television programs dedicated to informing television audiences of simple ways to "keep fit and have fun".

The BodyBreak theme song and accompanying videos offering helpful tips on everyday activities became a staple in Canadian popular culture in the 1990s and early 2000s.

The married fitness duo has since remained on the national stage, even appearing in the first season of the Amazing Race Canada.

Johnson and McLeod brought their star power to Prince George before, when they headlined the 2013 Healthier You Expo.

They presented the books they’ve written and gave a presentation on the five key areas to living a healthier lifestyle.

The 2018 Healthier You Expo will take place Sunday Oct.21 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
