Local entrepreneurs, no matter what the size of their firm or how long they've been doing it, can learn from an on-site business coach in Prince George.
The Innovation Central Society is hosting the direct mentorship sessions in order to give local business people a skilled sounding board and advice source.
"Take advantage of our free one-on-one business consultation services with Stacy Kuiack," said ICS executive director Ernest Daddey. "Stacy has been working with ICS since mid January, and is heavily equipped to help your venture identify a pathway to success. Stacy will be at ICS every week from now until the end of February, so if you're interested, please make contact."
According to Daddey, Kuiack is an invaluable resource whose services ICS was able to obtain for this short time frame.
"He is a finance and business development consultant for a number of firms and is an executive-in-residence with the University of Victoria's Peter B. Gustavson School of Business," Daddey explained. Kuiack holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Business Administration, and a Certificate in Carbon Finance from the University of Toronto. He is currently enrolled in the Rotman/SFU Director's Education Program.
In addition to the one-on-one sessions, ICS is also offering a workshop on strategic sales and marketing on Feb. 25, and a two-day seminar (Feb. 28 and March 1) walking attendees through the process of developing a strategic business plan.
