The B.C. Real Estate Association predicts 3,850 homes will have sold for an average $217,500 each in northern B.C. by the end of this year in a third-quarter forecast released this week.
The totals amount to only a slight adjustment from its prediction midway through the year of the same volume in unit sales but for an average $217,300.
