The Seniors Info Fair will once again be held in Kin 3 during the British Columbia Northern Exhibition (BCNE) on Aug. 17 at the fair grounds.
The tradition will continue with information booths featuring a variety of topics that are of interest to Prince George seniors during the 11th annual event.
There will be a coffee garden, called the Old Boot Oasis, with snacks and refreshments available.
"If you know anybody with old cowboy boots, we're looking for donations," said Lola-Dawn Fennell, manager of the Prince George Council of Seniors.
On Seniors Day, a toonie will get those 55-plus through the BCNE's gates.
Then from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. the info fair will welcome seniors to browse the booths and then sit and relax at the oasis.
