It will be the turn of provincial government employees in Prince George to take job action on Monday.
Members of the B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union will set up picket lines at the at Plaza 400 downtown where the FrontCounter BC office is located.
There are 265 BCGEU members in Prince George working for the Ministry of Forests, Lands, and Natural Resource Operations, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Children and Family Development and Service B.C.
Similar action will be taken in Burns Lake, Dawson Creek, Nelson and Cranbrook and is the third BCGEU job action this summer in support of the union's proposals to achieve a new collective agreement with the provincial government.
On July 3, BCGEU members picketed three Liquor Distribution Branch sites in Vancouver, Victoria and Kamloops.
On Aug. 7, the union took strike action at Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations and Ministry of Labour, Agriculture, Health and Environment in Surrey, Kelowna, Campbell River and 100 Mile House.
