CN Rail reopened its line Wednesday morning following a train derailment about 13 kilometres west of McBride the day before. The line was reopened at 8:55 a.m., roughly 24 hours after 16 coal cars hopped the track.

There were no injuries, no dangerous commodities involved and no environmental issues, a CN Rail spokeswoman had said.
