It may not be as visible, but the air quality in Prince George was still poor enough for the Ministry of Environment to continue the smoke advisory Wednesday afternoon.
Although fine particulate levels dropped from the peak of 168 micrograms per cubic metres on Tuesday night, the advisory was continued due to a forecast of periods of smoke Wednesday night or Thursday.
