A promise of laughing, caring and sharing is offered during the fourth annual Salmon Valley Woman's Festival at the Rockin' River Resort.
A number of facilitators, healers, readers, vendors and participants attend the annual retreat.
The purpose of the festival is to provide a safe, spiritual place to gather like-minded and curious women while guiding them to their own rhythm.
Several creative and empowering workshops taking place during the festival, including body work, drumming and meditation as well as a fire circle Friday and Saturday night.
This is also a chance to teach and learn as well as network with others, and guests are invited to bring a small wind chime or coloured ribbon, beads, or stones to adorn the memory tree to honour the memory of a loved one.
The schedule will be filled with events and workshops during the day, entertainment and relaxation in the evening.
