Tapestry Singers celebrate joyful voices during Thank You for the Music, a concert featuring both the junior and senior choral members during a collaboration with several local professional musicians Saturday, June 17.

Contemporary and traditional song selections include The Happy Wanderer, Rainbow Connection, Shendandoah, and popular songs from Mama Mia, Windy Nights, Spirit Bear, Bedu Pako Baramas and North.

The Prince George Tapestry Singers will welcome local Indigenous artist Shirley Babcock who will be painting during the concert, Alisha Rob who will be signing the choral concert and Elder Bibiane who will offer the land acknowledgement.

Two performances are presented at St. Michael’s Anglican Church, 1505 Fifth Ave., on Saturday, June 17 at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 each.
