The Prince George Symphony Orchestra is offering a Family Concert at UNBC's Canfor Theatre called Morris the Moose who is on a quest to find a new home across the frozen north Dec. 4 at 1 p.m.

PGSO presents Morris the Moose family concert Sunday, Dec. 4 at Canfor Theatre at 2 p.m. at the University of Northern BC.

Join Morris the Moose as he makes his way across the Canadian landscape in search of a new home.

This show features Canadian folk songs like Blackfly and classic The Log Driver’s Waltz.

The Prince George Symphony Orchestra is offering this opportunity to experience live orchestral music for first time goers and the audience will enjoy hearing from a friendly story teller and seeing a visual presentation as well as the live music. If you like planning ahead, there’s another concert geared for the holidays called Christmas with the PGSO on Dec. 18  at 2 p.m. at Vanier Hall that sees a holiday blowout for the whole family that features the full orchestra and two choirs including the Cantata Singers and Nove Voce.
