Ticket holders who purchased tickets from Ticketmaster via the Internet or by phone will have their money automatically refunded to their credit cards, and they can expect this credit to show up in about two weeks. If people purchased their tickets in person at a Ticketmaster box office, they need to go in person to their point of purchase and get their refund, however, refunds will not be given until after August 25.
