One of the province's top watercolour artists, Cliff Mann, has a hometown exhbition set to open this month.
Mann was a finalist at the Art Battle provincial competition in Vancouver in 2015 after winning the Prince George regional round.
He was the Communiy Arts Council of Prince George artist-in-residence in 2013-14. Also in 2014 he got international recognition when one of his paintings was included in the book Splash 15 - Creative Solutions: The Best of Watercolor.
His most recent solo exhibition was the all-nude collection of watercolour paintings he entitled Bodies Of Water, shown at Studio 2880's Feature Gallery in 2015.
Now, Studio 2880 is calling him back in. His latest show, entitled Entanglement, will open with a reception and artist's talk on Oct. 13 starting at 7 p.m. It is free to attend, and hear about the creation of these paintings from the mouth of the painter himself.
Snacks and refreshments will be served, courtesy of the Community Arts Council.
Entanglement will then be on display at the Feature Gallery until Nov. 14.
