The Long Island Medium is coming to Prince George, but you probably already knew that. Not because you are psychic yourself, but because fans of Theresa Caputo heard her announce it over the weekend. The TV star and author had been on a North America tour already and disclosed that she was adding a second leg in Canada that would include Prince George.
"Theresa will share personal stories about her life and explain how her gift works," said a statement from organizers of the tour entitled The Experience.
"She will deliver healing messages to audience members and give people comfort knowing that their loved ones who passed are still with them, just in a different way."
The appearance will be at CN Centre on June 4 for an evening engagement.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, and it is underscored by ticket venders that the ticket is for audience admission purposes, it does not guarantee Caputo will directly interact with any given audience member. Her engagement with the audience is her spontaneous prerogative at each show.
"The Experience brings Theresa face-to-face with her fans, as she lets spirit guide her through the audience," said organizers.
"A video display ensures everyone in the venue has an up-close-hands-on experience regardless of seat location."
Caputo herself said "The Experience isn't about believing in mediums. It's about witnessing something life-changing."
She said that "I've been seeing, feeling, and sensing spirit since I was four years old, but it wasn't until I was in my 20s that I learned to communicate with souls in Heaven."
Caputo's television show airs on the TLC Network. The premise of the program is how a Long Island typical wife and mom happens also to be able to communicate with the dead.
Caputo is the author of two books: There's More To Life Than This and You Can't Make This Stuff Up - Life Changing Lessons From Heaven.
