Toby Hargrave, professional standup comedian who was voted the Funniest Comedian at the 2005 Vancouver Comedy Festival will be at Nancy O's Friday night.
Hargrave has also been on television specials including Corner Gas, Comic Genius, as well as his own one-hour comedy special seen on CTV and the Comedy Network.
Hargrave is a skilled storyteller whose comedy has a universal appeal for the audience as he tells stories about things he's done and we would only think of doing.
Hargrave began standup in 2000 and since then has performed at venues such as the Whistler Comedy Festival, Atomic Comedy Festival in Washington, and the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal. He's also performed at comedy clubs across North America like Yuk Yuks, The Laugh Shop, the Comedy Mix, The Improv, The Ice House, Hermosa Comedy Magic Club, The Comedy Store, Jon Lovitz Comedy Club, The Laugh Factory and the Comedy Underground.
Tickets are at Nancy O's, 1261 Third Avenue and are $20 and include a $5 dinner gift certificate.
