Trusting one's own intuition to find solution's to life's challenges means staying relaxed and thinking positively.

Philip Ponchet will present talks about Living with Inner Peace at the Days Inn, 600 Quebec St., Tuesday at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.

The Inner Peace Movement of Canada is a non-profit organizational that provides education to people so they can fine tune their potential by using tools and techniques for effective living.

"One of the most surprising things I have learned in life is that each of us has most of the answers we seek inside already," said Philip Ponchet. "We just need a little help accessing those answers and applying them in a practical way."

Ponchet will share information about how people can experience intuition or psychic perceptions, demonstrate how easy it is to follow one's intuition and sense energy, talk about spiritual guides each person has and how each person goes through seven-year cycles of life.

Each talk is 90 minutes long and costs $21 per person at the door. For more information about The Inner Peace Movement of Canada visit www.innerpeacemovement.ca.
