Fogtown Follies Halloween event will take place Friday at ArtSpace featuring Prince George's only Burlesque Troupe and psychobilly band Grim Hymn & the Horrors. Tickets are $15 at Books & Co., 1685 Third Avenue or $20 at the door. People are encouraged to come in costume.

Menagerie is a Hallowe'en party for grown-ups at the Two Rivers Gallery Friday at 8 p.m. This is a major fundraiser for the gallery's programs. There will be dancing, best costume prizes, performers, games, auction, cash bar and a late night lunch. Tickets are $50 each and available at the Two Rivers Gallery. Family Halloween dance will be held Friday at Pineview Community Hall on Bendixon Road on Friday from 7 to 11 p.m. There will be music, a DJ, snacks and prizes. Tickets are $5, children two and under are free. Tickets are available only in advance at Marty's Pizza, Southway Esso or Pineview Store. There is also a Haunted House at Malcolm McLeod park Friday from 5 to 7 p.m., Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m.

Kids Halloween Boo-gie Bash dance party will be held Friday at 6 p.m. for children 12 and under at Connaught Youth Centre. Tickets are $7 in advance or $10 at the door.

Mamaguroove & a little bit of FreeSoul will be at Riverstone Bar & Grill, 3328 Fifteenth Avenue, Friday at 8 p.m. There will be a mix of rock, ska and reggae. Tickets are $10 in advance.

Pamela Pachal and the Dirty will be at Nancy O's, 1261 Third Avenue at 8 p.m. Friday. Admission is $5. Pachal is a rock, indie, blues performer sure to reach a variety of people in the audience.

The Empty Pockets Band will be at Riley's Bar & Grill, 600 Quebec St., Friday at 8 p.m. Corbin Spensley and Jeremy Pahl are a two piece git-box-banjo-box with a wide array of old tunes for your listening and foot-stomping enjoyment. For more information call Steven at 250-562-7072.

Wake Up was released on DVD in September 2010 in New York at a screening hosted by Sting and was also shown in Los Angeles and other major US cities. Quantum Popcorn: Movies That Inspire will host the first Canadian screening Friday at UNBC's Weldwood Theatre at 7 p.m. Tickets are $14 for general admission and $12 for students. Tickets are available at Books & Co., Homework, The Zen Garden, and limited numbers at the door.

Interactive Rocky Horror Picture Show takes place Saturday at 9 p.m. and midnight at UNBC in Room 6-123. This is an interactive show and props will be given at the door with tickets. Artisans of the North Craft Fair will be held Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at UNBC. This is a fund raiser for the UNBC Athletics department. The funds raised through the rental fee of the craft spaces and from the sales of our raffle tickets will go to support the athletes on the UNBC athletic teams. Admission is free and there are over 130 crafters.

UNBC Men's basketball (Green vs Gold) inter-squad game Saturday at 7 p.m. Free admission. Wear green or gold to the game!

Pumpkin Patch Storytime will take place Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at the library for children five and under. Dress up in costume and join in the gentle Halloween songs and stories. For more information call 250-563-9251.

Railway and Forestry Museum Halloween Spooktacular will take place Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. This is a safe and spooky afternoon of games and goodies for children of all ages at 850 River Road. There will be a haunted station and spooky train rides through the park at 850 River Road. Enjoy free admission with a donation of a non perishable food item for the Prince George Salvation Army Food Bank.

Monster Mash, a Halloween gala will take place at the Coast Inn of the North Saturday. This is a Carrier Sekani Family Services fundraiser for the soup bus. Come in your finest costume for dinner, dancing and prizes. Tickets are $45 or two for $80. Doors open at 6 p.m., dinner is at 7 p.m. and dancing is until 1 a.m. For more information contact the Coast Inn of the North at 250-563-0121.

Halloween Dance is presented by Zo Zoot featuring the Enforsters will take place Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Legion Hall, 1335 Seventh Avenue. The band will play rock 'n' roll all night long. Prizes for best costumes. This is for adults only. Tickets are $20 and are available at Books & Co., 1685 Third Ave., or at the Legion.

Trial by Jury, a comedic operetta will be presented by the PGSO Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at Vanier Hall. This is the earliest surviving comic opera by Gilbert & Sullivan and the story concerns a breach-of-promise case. The evening will also feature selections from Pirates of Penzance, The Mikado and HMS Pinafore. Ticket are at Studio 2880 and are $29 for adults, $25 for seniors, and people under 25 are $15. Halloween Masquerade Ball will be held Saturday at Judy Russell's Enchainement Dance Centre, studio D, 3540 Opie Crescent, presented by Dance North Ballroom Dance Club. Doors open at 7:30, dance from 8 p.m. to midnight. Dress code is costume, semi formal or dance attire. Tickets are $25 at the dance centre. Adult Halloween Party for those aged 19 and over will be held Saturday at 9 p.m. at the Ramada Hotel. Paul's Party Bus ends at this party and has 100 people coming in at 11p.m., so it's going to be a fun, packed house, featuring three DJs from the Entertainment Group. Pumpkin Carving Contest will be held at Pine Centre Mall Sunday during Family Fun Day. Bring an already carved pumpkin to customer services and it will be displayed at centre court and judged. Registration is $5 and the fee will go to support Prince George Hospice House. During the event there will be live entertainment, crafts, face painting, games and a pie eating contest. Wear Halloween costumes.

Multicultural Sunday Bazaar will be held at Redwood Mall, 1633 Victoria Street. There will be a craft and gift extravaganza, showcasing a variety of goods and services from home and abroad. Halloween Kids Carnival will take place Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. at Kinsmen Hall, 777 Kinsmen Place. There will be prizes for best costume, tons of carnival games, hot dogs and pop. All proceeds will go to the Relay for Life & Kinsmen Club.
