Vanier Hall will come alive as the vibrant Bollywood Dream Dancers help the community celebrate Vaisakhi Mela, the birthday of the Sikh religion Sunday at 2 p.m.

This event will be a showcase of young talent shown through Bollywood music and Punjabi Bhangra.

"The focus is the cultural part of it and we will celebrate with dancing and singing," said Parmod Sharma, teacher at the Bollywood Dream Dancers school.

There are five groups dancing with a total of 30 students participating, and the children performing are as young as three-and-a-half years.

This is an annual fundraiser for the Free the Children Foundation.

Tickets are $10 and children under five years old are free.
