Chamber Salon offers recital series

The Prince George Conservatory's Chamber Salon offers the audience a variety of intimate solo and ensemble performances throughout the year, including a recital series showcasing the faculty's talents.

The Prince George Conservatory's Chamber Salon offers the audience a variety of intimate solo and ensemble performances throughout the year, including a recital series showcasing the faculty's talents.

The Prince George Conserviatory of Music has a faculty comprised of principal musicians with the Prince George Symphony rchestra and professional community musicians known for their high standards of performance and instruction.

This is the third Prince George Chamber Salon performance in a series of four, and is called From Sea to Sea. The performance takes place Saturday at 8 p.m. at St. Andrew's United Church.

Proceeds from the showcases will go to continuing education and professional development for the music faculty.

Performers include: Ariane Nelles, flute; Grace Tsang, violin; Barbara Parker, piano; Sebastian Ostertag,cello; Angela Alba, piano; Jose Delgado-Guevara, violin; Nil Rommel, piano; Damian Dorschner, voice and Jeremy Stewart, guitar. Music performed will be by living Canadian composers: Gordon Lucas, Anne Harris, Jose Delgado, Jeremy Stewart, Marjan Mozetich and Michael Conway Baker.
