The BC Northern Exhibition is one of the most comprehensive public events of the year. From home arts to agriculture to midway rides to local history it has more stimulation and demonstration than any one person can take in.
A constant stream of entertainment can be found on the BCNE Mainstage each of the four days of the fall fair. It commences at 10 a.m. each day (half an hour later today, which is opening day) and carries on into the late evening.
Here, in chronological order (subject to change, if necessary), is the slate of performers for each day at the BCNE.
Today: Too Sense, Cottonwood, Comedy Magic Show, Roman, Demmy G, Jaymie Walker, Stages.
Friday: Cottonwood, Roman, Recycled Sound, Comedy Magic Show, Demmy G, Jaymie Walker, Steel Wheels, Funketeers DJ Show.
Saturday: Just Tyme, Demmy G, Recycled Sound, Comedy Magic Show, Good Question, Inversion, Stages, Steel Wheels, Bralorne.

More music can be enjoyed at the BCNE on Friday in Kin 3 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. when the annual Limelight Quest competition finals are held, with the winners being crowned at the end of these competitive performances.
Kin 3 is also the site for the Saturday night Stetson Stomp featuring local country music recording artist Rick Stavely. This dance concert starts at 8.
Chainsaw carving demonstrations are also a crowd pleaser. Come watch the sawdust blast off the speeding blades wielded by Liam Tromans, Levi Caya, Ryan Cook, Paul Frenette, Roger Malter, Jacob Frenette, Randy Gauthier, Marina Cole, Roderick Brown and Bob King.
