Theatre North West presents Doubt, A Parable until Feb. 27, every night except Mondays. Sister Aloysius is the principal of a Catholic school. She begins to have doubts about the conduct of a young priest. When she takes matters into her own hands, there is an avalanche of surprises and uncertainties that turns this story into a riveting mystery that has gripped theatre audiences around the world. One Song Festival at the Two Rivers Gallery takes place Thursday at 7:30 p.m., artists Milan Basic, Maureen Faulkner and Keith Carlson are hosting an informal evening at the Rustad Galleria so the public can view their One Song Festival work. For the month of February, the three artists will come and go at the gallery as they create a piece to celebrate the One Song Festival presented by the Prince George Symphony Orchestra. The Rustad Galleria has become a working studio for a month. Call 250-614-7800 before visiting the gallery to make sure an artist is in studio.

On The House will take to the Cafe Voltaire stage Friday night at 8 p.m. On the House performs their eclectic folk and world beat musical mixture. It's a great - and free - way to spend Friday night.

The Prince George Symphony Orchestra presents Another Kind of Love at the Ramada Hotel Friday night at 7 p.m. The fundraiser includes a silent auction for Amber House, the Elizabeth Fry Society. There is a variety of performances including the PGSO. Tickets $25 available at PGSO.

Wendy's Kids Fun Fair takes place Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Connaught Youth Centre. There will be games, face painting, mascots and everyone wins a prize. Kids are encouraged to dress up as their favourite clown character to win a prize. Admission is free and everyone is welcome. Tickets to play the games are 50 cents each and same goes for hot dogs, chips and drinks.

Parks Talks Part Two, Amazing Paleo Finds from Canada's National Parks takes place Saturday at 2 p.m. at The Exploration Place. Learn more about the amazing discoveries of ancient life found in the highest of places. How ancient ocean bottoms were preserved to give a glimpse of what life was like 500 million years ago and the creatures who lived at the time. Several interesting 'new' discoveries are discussed from Banff, Yoho, Kootenay and Grasslands National Parks. For more information call 250-996-7191 or 250-562-1612.

Groop Gallery hosts the 2010 Artsfest Exhibition every Friday from noon to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. until Feb. 28. There are ten chosen artworks which have toured Northern B.C. since last April. For more information call Melanie Dejardines at 250-561-1442.
