Raspberry Dessert
This must be one of the easiest to make summer desserts that taste like summer itself!
Ingredients:
- 2 cup whipping cream (whipped stiff)
- 1 to 1.5 cup raspberries
- 1 tsp sugar (more if you like it sweeter)
Preparation:
- Crush raspberries with a spoon, not too much, add sugar and let sit for a few minutes for the sugar to draw juice. Alternatively, if you use frozen raspberries they don't need to be crushed, use with the juice.
- Fold raspberries with juice gently into whipped cream.
- Cool in refrigerator and enjoy!
