B.C. police dog helps catch suspect in assault at Victoria home

A Victoria police dog was part of a Wednesday night arrest after a report about an assault at a local home.

The call came in about 10 p.m., and when officers arrived they found the suspect had fled.

Police flooded the area and called for a police dog to assist. The suspect was found after a brief search.
