Three sentenced from guns and ammo seizure

Three people were sentenced this week in connection with a seizure of firearms during a traffic stop in late 2022.

Joshua Darrick Suvee-Forsythe, Sakanisin Scotty Charlie Charlie-Tom, and Autumn Angeline Graham were each sentenced to 18 months probation for occupying a vehicle knowing a firearm is present. 

According to court records, Suvee-Forsythe and Charlie-Tom have remained in custody since the Nov. 29, 2022 incident while Graham was released on March 23.

Suvee-Forsythe and Charlie-Tom were also issued lifetime firearms prohibitions and Graham a 10-year prohibition and all were ordered to provide DNA samples.

Shortly atfter 6:30 p.m. Prince George RCMP pulled over a vehicle in the 1100-block of Third Avenue. While speaking with the occupants of the vehicle, police located a firearm on the floor in the back seat and then located several more weapons during a subsequent search,police said at the time.

Suvee-Forsythe and Charlie-Tom were also issued lifetime firearms prohibitions and Graham a 10-year prohibition and all were ordered to provide DNA samples.

A fourth person arrested at the scene, James Kenneth Francis Mason, was sentenced to time served for breaching a release order. Time served was not available.

The sentences were issued on Monday and Tuesday in Kamloops provincial court.
