Sentences for offences committed in Smithers, Houston, Burns Lake, Vanderhoof, Fort St. James and areas

- Lorne Lester Flamand (born 1960) was sentenced to 18 months probation for causing a disturbance by being drunk, committed in Prince George, and breaching a conditional sentence order, committed in Fort St. James.

- Jeremiah Richard Free (born 1975) was sentenced to six months probation for breaching a release order and to time served for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, both committed in Fort St. James. Free was in custody for 14 days following his arrest.

- Garett Ross Martin (born 1983) was sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation and prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, both committed in Fort St. James. Time served was not available.

- Lian Qin (born 1967) was fined $3,000 plus $450 in victim surcharges for failing to retrieve wildlife and unlawful possession of dead wildlife, committed near Fort St. James.

- Wesley Ednock West (born 1987) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,100 plus $165 in victim surcharges for driving while driver's licence is suspended, committed in Fort St. James, and driving while prohibited or licence suspended, committed in Prince George, both under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Adam Bradley Harms (born 2002) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and 18 months probation for dangerous driving and prohibited from driving for one year for driving while impaired, both committed in Donald Landing. Harms was also assessed $200 in victim surcharges on the counts.
