Sentences for offences committed in Smithers, Houston, Burns Lake, Vanderhoof, Fort St. James and areas

- Kyle Dennis Peter Alec (born 1990) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $750 plus a $112.50 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Burns Lake.

- Charlene Susan Peters (born 1969) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Burns Lake.

-  Haley Louise Reimer (born 1988) was issued a one-year peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage in Granisle.

- Brett Richard Enns (born 1993) was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to pay $2,700 restitution for mischief to property and willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, committed in Houston. 

- Edward Joseph Flett (born 1975) was sentenced to time served and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation, committed in Vanderhoof. Time served was not available.

- Quentin Mackenzie Nooski (born 1982) was sentenced to 18 months probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for causing a disturbance, committed in Fort Fraser. 

- Jason Charlges Hilbach (born 1970) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while driver's licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in New Hazelton.

- Mary-Ann MacDonald (born 1968) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or driver's licence is suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Burns Lake.

- Dale Cameron Christie (born 1965) was prohibited from driving for two years and fined $2,000 plus $300 in victim surcharge for two counts of driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Prince George and Vanderhoof and for driving without reasonable consideration under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Vanderhoof and for which Christie was also sentenced to one year probation.
