Prince George voters seemed to take advantage of the early opportunity to vote Wednesday.

"We have seen brisk voting to this point," chief electoral officer Walter Babicz said late Wednesday afternoon, about four hours before the city hall polling station closed at 8 p.m.

No official numbers on advanced voting were released.

The next advanced voting day is Nov. 12. Ballots for Prince George mayor and city council and School District 57 trustee can be cast at city hall between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Those eligible to vote for Regional District of Fraser-Fort George Electoral Area F and H and Bear Lake Community Commission directors can also vote that day at the regional district office at 155 George St. during the same hours.
