Fourwinds Crossing, a rental property operated by Broadstreet Properties in Prince George, will be adding 137 new suites to the rental market to meet the needs of the growing city. Two more buildings will be opened, with the first slated to open in early 2022.
“Prince George is a city with a ton of opportunity, and we continue to see the potential this community boasts,” says Broadstreet marketing and communications manager, Chris Thompson. “The community has welcomed us as we’ve expanded our rental communities in Prince George over the past few years. We’re thrilled to be adding to the rental market again and providing more much-needed homes, while adding to the camaraderie of the city.”
Phase two at Fourwinds Crossing will add two more buildings consisting of 137 suites to the existing building of 75 suites that was opened in early 2021. The complex is located on Recplace Drive, just a short distance to Pine Centre Mall and the Prince George Golf and Curling Club.
Offering one-, two- and three-bedroom, pet-friendly, spacious suites for rent, Fourwinds Crossing also features in-suite laundry, full-size appliances and large walk-in closets in select suites.
On site, tenants will also find a dog run, a convenient dog wash station and a community garden to plant fruits, veggies and flowers. Parking spaces are also available for rent.
“We’ve heard great feedback from our current tenants at Fourwinds, with mentions of the great location and attentive staff,” Thompson says.
All tenants at Broadstreet Properties also have convenient access to on-site management and maintenance, as well as its 24/7 client services team.
“Tenants are always able to reach us: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year,” says Thompson. “One of our guiding principles is to create a client-focused rental experience, and we work hard at that every single day.”
