Fourwinds Crossing, a rental property operated by Broadstreet Properties in Prince George, will be adding 137 new suites to the rental market to meet the needs of the growing city. Two more buildings will be opened, with the first slated to open in early 2022.

Phase two at Fourwinds Crossing will add two more buildings consisting of 137 suites to the existing building of 75 suites that was opened in early 2021. The complex is located on Recplace Drive, just a short distance to Pine Centre Mall and the Prince George Golf and Curling Club.
Offering one-, two- and three-bedroom, pet-friendly, spacious suites for rent, Fourwinds Crossing also features in-suite laundry, full-size appliances and large walk-in closets in select suites.
On site, tenants will also find a dog run, a convenient dog wash station and a community garden to plant fruits, veggies and flowers. Parking spaces are also available for rent.
