You do the math!

Let me give you guys an example on how well we are doing here P.G. Lets say we have 400 laid off Canfor employees, who earned on average $1,000 a week. Now lets say that each of them gave $10 a week in tips, salvation army, church etc.

Let me give you guys an example on how well we are doing here P.G. Lets say we have 400 laid off Canfor employees, who earned on average $1,000 a week. Now lets say that each of them gave $10 a week in tips, salvation army, church etc. That adds up to more than $280,000 dollars a year that is no longer available for tip, salvation army, church etc. In total, Prince George loses out on $20 million for our local economy for one year. So remember, when Dick Harris and the Conservative party signed the softwood lumber agreement, they gave $1.6 billion to the U.S. government. Thus directly taking the very livelihood, and the food right out of our mouths. Remember that's $20 million we have no longer available to our local economy, and $1.6 billion to the U.S. we have to pay with NO CANADIAN JOBS!
